Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of catalysemedia.com (the “Site”), operated by Catalyse Media Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover use of the website itself — browsing and the contact form. They do not govern paid client work. If you become a client of Catalyse Media, the services we deliver, fees, payment terms, and liability for that work are set out in a separate signed Client Engagement Letter, which takes precedence over these Terms for any matter it covers.

1. Who we are

Company name: Catalyse Media Ltd

Registered in: England and Wales, via Companies House

Website: catalysemedia.com

Contact email: contact@catalysemedia.com

2. Using this website

You may browse the Site and use the contact form for the purpose of finding out about our services. In using the Site, you agree not to:

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, without notice, for anyone we reasonably believe is in breach of these Terms.

3. Enquiries and the contact form

Submitting the contact form or otherwise enquiring about our services does not create a contract between you and Catalyse Media. A contract only comes into effect once both parties have signed a Client Engagement Letter setting out the specific services, fees, and terms agreed.

We aim to respond to enquiries within one working day, but this is not a guaranteed response time.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Catalyse Media and MyCM names and branding, and the design and code of the Site itself — is owned by Catalyse Media Ltd or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Intellectual property in work produced for paying clients (campaigns, creative assets, copy) is governed separately by the Client Engagement Letter, not by these Terms.

5. No guaranteed results

Any figures, statistics, or examples shown on this Site (including in service descriptions, the AI Stance section, or MyCM mockups) are illustrative of typical outcomes or industry data, and are not a guarantee of results for any individual business. Marketing and AI automation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and third-party platform changes.

Specific performance expectations and benchmarks for paying clients are addressed in the Client Engagement Letter, not on this website.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may reference or link to third-party services (for example, Meta, Google, or GoHighLevel). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service, and linking to them does not imply endorsement of everything they do.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyse Media Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Liability arising from paid client work is governed separately and exclusively by the relevant Client Engagement Letter.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our legal obligations. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms or use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
